Higly aromatic wine Traminer grew ripe extremelly well in year 2002, which indicates the fact of the late harvesting. 25 brix of sugar during the harvesting put the basis for Traminer to become a vintage wine.
After harvesting and controlled fermentation process in a wooden container and growing ripe in a steel tank, Traminer got its rich taste and pleasant scented aroma reminiscent of roses and fruit. This yellow-gold wine is well known after its pleasant, mildly sweet taste. Traminer is light in acid and rich in extracts and alcohol, which makes the wine distinctively harmonius and refreshing. With these remarkable characteristics, traminer has a wonderful future in ageing.
