Sauvignon
(Medium-dry wine)


The weather conditions in year 2002 were contributing to the excellent first-class grapes sauvignon. During the harvesting the grapes contained 24 brix of sugar. After the fermentation process the wine grew ripe in a steel tank and was botlled in April. Sauvignon is characterized by the pleasant and unobtrusive aroma after hay and grass. With a small amount of sugar residue and low acidity the wine gets unique and exquisitive taste. Almost dry wine with mild aroma is recommended with any kind of dish.
