Renski (German) Riesling

Inspite its vagary the Crnko's riesling is the brilliant representative of this variety of wine. The riesling has a fresh acacia and peach-like aroma that indicates the harvesting late in the autumn. Bigger amount of acidity is welcomed, bacause it cotributes to the harmony and richness of aroma and taste. All these indicators give assurance to grow ripe remarkably. This medium dry wine is on the upper edge with the sugar residue for this category. Harvesting and pressing by hand in the late october brought 24 brix of sugar, which was followed by a controlled fermentation in a steel container. After the filtration in January the growing ripe took place in a wooden container till the bottling and sale in April.
