Sparkling wine Črnko

We have been making sparkling wine using the classic method in our cellar for many years. Noble Chardonnay and White Pinot are specially selected and this wine is later the basis for making sparkling wine. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle and after fermentation the wine matures in the bottle for at least 3 years when we open it to separate the sediment and prepare it for lovers of a sparkling noble drop.
