Chardonnay

Exceptional gographical pisition in combination with a fertile soil and ripe grapes have given the incredible mark to Crnko's chardonnay for many decades. Crnko's chardonnay received two medals in wine exhibition in Paris.The melon and apple-like aroma blends with the scents of honey and spices. Enriched extract and alcohol make exceptional impression. The wine has a small amount of sugar residue. However, it remains tasty and opulent with the long aftertaste. During the hand made harvesting the grapes had 22 of brix. Only the berry grapes were pressed and the boiling process took place in a steal made holder, under control of directed fermentation. Filtration was made in January. After growing ripe in a steel container we bottled it in April and made it ready for a sale.
